  Really lovely experience at Pets at Home Brentford. The staff were genuinely kind, patient and very helpful. You can tell they actually care about the animals and take the time to help customers properly rather than rushing them. The store was clean, well organised and had a friendly atmosphere. Big thank you to the team for their excellent customer service.

  I honestly cannot recommend this Pets at Home enough. I always bring my dog Sheru here and every single visit has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever come across in any shop. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued, and they always take the time to help with anything you need. What really stands out to me is how knowledgeable all the staff are. They know so much about the products, pet care, nutrition, treats, toys, and everything else in store. Whenever I’ve needed advice for Sheru, they’ve always pointed me in the right direction and recommended products that have genuinely been brilliant. You can tell they truly care about animals and want the best for every pet that comes through the door. I’ve been to a few other pet shops before, including other Pets at Home stores, but this one is by far the best. The customer service here is on another level. The team are always patient, polite, and happy to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Every recommendation they’ve given me for Sheru has been excellent quality and worth every penny. The store is always clean, well organised, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your pets. It’s become the only place I trust for Sheru’s food, treats, toys, and accessories because I know I’m getting the best advice and products every time. A massive thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. It’s rare these days to find a team that genuinely cares so much about both customers and pets. Sheru loves visiting too, which says everything! Definitely deserves 5 stars and I would highly recommend this Pets at Home to every pet owner.

  disgusting behaviour. They let people in before 9am and attempted to shut the door on me. (I cover my hair and i'm Muslim) only for me to say can I come in and was told well the tills won't be working till 9am. Isn't that the same for the other customers but you still let them in? Racist. Nice selection of products for my cat though.

  I have needed to visit the Brentford branch of Pets at Home, very often these last few weeks. Apart from Randy and Joe, who were very suportive to me, i would like to place on record the kindness and suppprt i received from Khyron and Fiona. Fiona ordered the Hills food, online for me, to be delivered at my address. Khyron waa patient and understanding of my concerns. Such lovely people Thank you so so much. Marianne Oommen
